Production Worker
Job Description:
Work with supervising associates to complete products based on procedures, as well as verbal instructions. The primary work procedures include minor mechanical assembly, finalizing and packaging products for shipment, as well as inventory management of raw materials.

Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills & Abilities:
Even though this is an apprentice position certain basic skills and abilities are required.
- Ability to read tape measure and perform basic math
- Ability to use common hand tools
- Basic Ability to read (English)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Consistent attendance
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
The following skills and abilities would be beneficial in filling the position.
- Ability to effectively perform mechanical assembly operations such as following the exact details of drawings, and assembly instructions for complex mechanical assembly.
- Assimilating and apply new, job-related information in a timely manner.
- Maintaining effectiveness in a changing environment, assignments, responsibilities and/or priorities
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
The facility is a manufacturing/production environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following procedures satisfactorily.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and use buddy system or equipment for heavier weights.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Employee is required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, or
- Employee is required to reach with hands and arms, used hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls.
